Excted the East End of the
Chancell

This Vestry was Summoned at the request and
Change of Dr . Stanhope Deane of Canterbury and Extor of Dr.
Gatford late Rector of this Parish deced represented that the
late Dr : Gatford by his last will and Testament did desire a
Monument to be erected in the Chancell and the Deane having
had the Consent of Dr: Granderge he desired the Vestrys resolucon
in that Case and their Consent so farr as in them lyes whereupon
It being put to the Vote whether the Drs. Monumt: shod. be put
up at the East End of the Chancell It was Agreed unto by the
Vestry then present Nemine Contradicente
