This Meeting was to consider of the repaires of the Church
and to take proposalls from Workemen and to agree with them for the doing thereof

Mr: Dunn ye: Masons Pposalls rejected

Mr. Townsend accepted

articled order'd to be drawne Whereupon they proceeded to Puse the Proposalls of Mr: Dunn and
Mr: Townesend for doeing the Masons worke And upon the perosall and
Exaing of both their proposalls it was putt up whether Dunn or Townesend
should do the Masons worke and it was carried that the latter should Dor.
the said Masons work according to his proposalls delivered to the Comittee
and that Articles should be drawne according to the said proposalls and Agree

Mr. Winpross the Glazier
Proposall rejected

Mr: Nason accepted

Articled ordered to be drawne

Then they proceeded to Puse and examine the proposalls of Mr: Winpress &
Mr: Nason for doing the Glaziers worke and upon calling them severally in and
Exaing them apart touching their severall proposalls it was fully resolved
that the latter should do the same according to his proposalls delivered to the
Comittee and yt: Articles shod: be drawne and Engrossye according to ye sd: proposalls and
Agreemt:

This Meeting was to consider further of the proposalls of
Workemen & to Agree with such others as was wanting for doeing the repaires
of the Church and upon perusing and Exaing Mr: Withers proposalls for building
a Vault bring up poors & doing other the Bricklayers worke ye: should be
wanting in the sd. Church & for digging & carrying the earth and Rubbish
it was unanimously agreed yt: he shod: do ye: same according to his pposalls delivered
to the sd: Comittee & at the severall rates & prizes menconed & sett downe under the
Proposalls & that Articles be Drawne & Ingrossed accordingly
