Mr.Lewis & other to Execute Lease & Release of his peice of Freehold
Garden Ground & to pay £100. more as a Fine for the Companys
granting to him a further term of 23 years after the Expiracon
of [..] his present [..] Lease

Do.A Bargain & Sale to be Executed by said parties to be
inrolled in Chancery

The Company Seal to be affixed to Mr. Glashiers Lease of
Liphook Farm
