Guines in full satisfaction of his bill and for his trouble concerning the Company
New Charter.

That Mr. Tindale and Mr. Farthing being Clerkes to Mr: Burton have paid
and given unto them the Sume of Foure Pounds for and in full satisfaccon
of their bill and trouble concerning the Companyes Charter.

A New Charter grannted to the Worshipfull Company of Carpenters London
by one most gratious Sovereigne Lord King James the Second over England Etc
was read to this Court and the Severall Persons abovementioned being
nominated in the same Charter for Master Wardens and Assistants did take
the severall Oathes perticulerly mentioned and directed to be taken by the
same Charter and also Subscribe the Test therein also mentioned for the
qualification of themselves for their respective Places.

James Stone< no role > in the Same Charter nominated to be Clerke to the said
Company did also at this Court take the Severall Oathes and was admitted
to the said Office of Clerke of the sd. Company
