Minutes for the Master

To Read Mr. Childs Letter

To Acquaint the Court with Mr. Clarks affair

To Elect a Beadle

To Report Mr. Glashier of Liphook has Executed the Counterpt of his Lease

Ordered that the Clerk do [..] Attend with the Renter Warden & do
the best he Can to take possession (by Virtue of the late Act of Parliamt)
of the Companys premises in Fenchurch Street in the possesion of Anthony
Child for the Arrears of Rent due from him

Ordered that the Renter Warden do pay Mr. Osgood & Mr. Deans Jones
Six Guineas for their trouble in making the Plans to Mr. Lewis's new
Leases & an Additionall plan of the Garden ground sold by Mr- Lewis
to this Company.

Ordered that the Renter Warden do pay the Widow Dance five
pounds upon Condition she quitt the premises on or before Lady day next
And it is further Ordered that she Shall have this Quarters Sallary [..]
day& all perquisites to that time
