To Read the Drafts of the Lease & Conveyance between the Company
& Percivall Lewis< no role > Esqr .

agrees thereto

The Clerk Read a Draft of a Lease between the Company & John Glashier of
premises at Siphook in Southton Ordered that the Cl do rips of the same in Case [..]

At this Court the Clerk read a Draft of Lease between the Company &
Percivall Lewis< no role > Esqr . of Premisses he now holds in Lymestreet But by the said
Draft the Company grants a further Term of 23 years of the Said premises
after the Expiracon of [..] his now Lease in Cons of the said Percivall Lewis< no role > 's
[..] Conveying a peice of Freehod Garden ground in Lymestreet & paying
£100. more which this Court agreed should be engrossed Nemine Condradicente
in case the sd. Percivall Lewis< no role > approved thereof and the Draft of the Conveyance
was now read & agreed to Accordingly & the sume Comittee as was appointed
at the last Court is Comined.
