reference from the general Court

Recommendn. of Comee.
respecting.Resolved that it is the opinion of this Committee that
with respect to that part of the Revenue of the Hospital
which has been employed in maintenance of Artsmasters
and their apprentices some important alterations are [..]
essentially necessary to regulate and improve the present
system or, to form another more useful and beneficial; but
not being prepared to submit any specific propositions to
the Judgment of the Court, the committee recommend that
the experiment may be made of the regulations relative to
the Prisons recommended on the 5th: Inst. and that in the mean time the other objects
be more fully discussed.

Surveyor to lay Estimate
before Commee.Resolved that the Surveyor be desired to prepare and
lay before this Committee at their next meeting an estimate
of the expence of altering the Houses and Buildings [..]
mentioned in the resolutions of this Committee of the 5th:
Instant so as to effect the purposes of these resolutions
respectively if the same or either of them shall be
approved by the Court.
