PrisonersRead a Letter from John Pitt< no role > Esqr : M. P: of Glocester dated
19th: July last informing the Committee that the Dresses worn
by the Prisoners in the Glocester Jail were bought of Messrs..

Articles Ordered.Favell and Boresfield in Tooley Street and Mr. Boresfield
attending the Committee ordered of him
6 Woolen Waistcoats with Sleeves at 5/6 each
6 Woolen Breeches at 2/3 each
6 pair Russia Drab Breeches at 3/

Prisoners to Wear the
Dress who are most in
want &c.Ordered the Beadle to let such Prisoners wear the above
Clothes as he thinks most in want of them and such as are
Committed for more than a Week

Female Prisoners to
wash Clothes.Ordered the Female Prisoners to wash the old Cloths of such
of the Prisoners as have the new ones to wear, and that the
Steward give them such recompence when they leave the prison
as he may think fit

Steward informs the
Commee that Mary
Guttage
< no role > had been sent
to Birmingham &c.The Steward informed the Committee that Mary Guttage< no role > was
delivered to the care of the Birmingham Waggoner on the
27th: July last and that he was paid for her Journey and
maintenance.
