Ordered and Agreed that Mr; James Fisher< no role > be added to the
Committee for Examining and preparing Mr: Harveys Account

Ordered that the Committee for Examining and preparing Mr;
Harveys Account be also a Committee to inquire into the Outstanding Debts due
from this Parish to sevrall Tradesman contracted in the Churchwardenship
of Mr; Wright

Mr: Churchwarden acquainted the Vestry that Mr; Bentham
the Vestry Clerk is Dead Therefore the place of Vestry Clerk is by this Vestry
declared Vacant

At a Vestry held for the Freedom of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate London in the Vestry Room in the Tabernade on Wednesday the
23d. day of December 1741

Reced and read a Report of the Committee appointed to examine & prepare the late
Mr; Harveys Upper Warden's Accounts and to inquire into the Outstanding Debts
contracted in the Upper Wardenship of Mr Henry Wright< no role > Whereby it appears that over
and above the Sum of One Hundred Fifty Eight Pounds Fifteen Shillings & three pence
three farthings now in Mrs; Harveys Hands the Debts contracted and unpaid in Mr;
Harveys Upperwardenship will amount to Four Hundred Ninety Two Pounds & ten
Pence Half Penny and that the Outstanding Debts Contracted and unpaid in Mr; Wrights
Upper Wardenship is One Hundred Seventy Pounds Nineteen Shillings and four Pence
half penny amounting together to the Sum of Six Hundred Sixty three Pounds
& three pence which report was referred to the Consideration of the next Vestry

Mr; Rogers moved that a day be appointed for the choice of a Vestry Clerk in the
Room of Mr; Jeremiah Bentham< no role > This name instance is in set 2192. deced which was agreed to And that the said Choice be
made on Thursday the 31st:: Instant in the School Room adjoyning to the late Parish
Church at 3 of the Clock in the Afternoon
