Mr; Price Mr; Fry Mr; Rogers be & are appointed a Committee & it is
by this Vestry agreed that Mr: Henry the present Upper Churchwarden be the
Treasurer
for the Workhouse
for the year Ensuing & agreed that any Four
of the said Committee with the Treasurer or Renter Churchwarden have
power to act the whole being Summoned
Ordered and Agreed that the Overseers of the Poor for the
time being Do collect the mony for the Poors Rate monthly & pay the same
into the Hands of the Master of the Workhouse
whose Receipt shall be
a sufficient Discharge And the said Master do imediately pay the same
into the Hands of the Treasurer
for the time being
Ordered that the Churchwardens do send a Coppy of this
Order to the severall Overseers of the Poor.
Ordered that the Names of the Committee be put up in
Workhouse
Ordered and Agreed that the whole Committee of the
Workhouse
be the Auditors of the Receipts & Disbursments of the present
Treasurer
Mr; Wright And that any Five of them have power to act the whole being Sumoned
Ordered and Agreed that Mr; Groves pay £7 P ann for the Pall
for the Future instead of the £10 formerly paid He paying the £10 P ann for what is now due.
Ordered the £4..12..6 in Mr: Myers's Hands be paid into the
Hands of the Treasurer of the Workhouse
Ordered that the Deputy Comon Council Churchwardens Mr. Gardiner
Mr; Whalley Mr; Wellburne Mr; Hawes & Mr; Price be the Committee to examine into
