charges of the same & that he was to be heard by Council before the Committee to whom
the Bill was referred concerning the same Whereupon it was ordered that Mr.
Bentham Do prepare a Case on behalf of the Parish & to fee Council to be heard
before the Committee against the said Petition

The Blanks of the Bill were filledup & the Names of the
Trustees inserted therein

At this Vestry the Accounts of Mr; Wright late Upper Church
warden were audited & approved of

It is Desired that Mr: Benford Mr; Collett Mr: Wellburn Mr;
Watts & Mr; Mounksfield & Mr; Price do collect the remainder of the
Over Rate unreced by the late Mr: Harvey in their severall Precincts

Ordered that the Churchwarden do use his Endeavours to get the arrears
of Rent due from the Parish of S for the House in the Mineries & to get the
Possession of the same in the most beneficial manner for the Parish

Mr; Groves complained that the Rent he paid for the Pall was so large
that he was not able to pay the same
