Deliver the Pall to the Upper Churchwarden to be let to some other Person [..]
the most as can be got for the same at the next Vestry & that Mr; Groves
given an Account of what he has made of the Pall for 2 years past in order
to the payment of the Arrears
The Vestry Recommend it to the Treasurer of the Workhouse
that he
Endeavour to provide for the Workhouse
another sort of Bread than what is now
Provided which will be a great Saveing.

Agreed that the Rate or Rates for the relief of the Poor be made
sufficient for the Service of the Current years exclusive of Mother Aids
Agreed that the Poors Rate for this year be made as usual
Ordered and Agreed that the Fine for the Office of Churchwarden
for the Future be augmented to £15 And that the Fine for Overseer of the Poor & for
Churchwarden be from henceforward £18
Ordered and Agreed that the present Renter Churchwarden [..]
his Successors do from time to time collect the Over Rates (in case any shall happen [..]
be made) in the several Precincts Except the Precinct wherein the Upper Churchwarden
shall happen to live which is to be collected by himself.
