Agreed that an over Rate of Nine Months be granted to the Churchwarden
towards the Discharge of the Debts on Account of the Workhouse
for the present
Year
Agreed that the Surplus of the Rents and Profits of the Parish Estate
And the whole Fines for Parish Offices be from time to time paid by the Churchwarden
into the Hands of a Treasurer
to be appropriated towards the Discharge of
the Debts owing by the Parish
Mr: Common Councilman Hall was unanimously by chose Treasurer for
the Purpose aforesaid but he is to pay no Debts but what is directed by Order of Vestry
