Botolph Aldgate London & their Successors for the Term of 99
Years to Commence from the 1st. day of January next at the
clear Yearly Rent of £10. payable half yearly And that
the said Parish shall lay out the Sum of One Thousand
Pounds at least in Erecting & building a Work house on the said
