who has agreed with the City of London for a peice of Ground a [..]

stood a Messuage or Tenement lately occupyed by Mr. Hawkins
and also a small House lately occupied by a Ha [..]
and next adjoining to a Messuage or Tenement belonging to [..]

& Leased by the
Feoffees to Mr Jeremiah Atkinson< no role >

Mr Cocksedge is going forthwith to Build on the said [..]
