The Vestry Clerk acquainted the Feoffees that Mr Deputy Cocks
who has agreed with the City of London for a peice of Ground a [..]
Aldgate for a Term of Years on a Building Lease, whereon [..]
stood a Messuage or Tenement lately occupyed by Mr. Hawkins
and also a small House lately occupied by a Ha [..]
and next adjoining to a Messuage or Tenement belonging to [..]
Freedom & Lordship Parts of this Parish & Leased by the
Feoffees to Mr Jeremiah Atkinson< no role > Stationer -And that
Mr Cocksedge is going forthwith to Build on the said [..]
& therefore as a Party Wall must according to Act of Parlia [..]
be Erected between the said intended new Building & [..]
Mr Atkinson's House, he Expected that the Feoffees sho [..]
bear one half of the Expence of said Party Wall And desired [..]
they would agree thereto forthwith, that he may not be [..]
in his Building-Whereupon the Feoffees prescort [..]
