with proposals which he very lately received from Mr Kynaston, con [..]
the Terms upon which he is willing to release all manner of right to [..]

Resolved and Agreed that the said Letter & proposals [..]
before a General Vestry of the whole Parish to be held in the Church on
24th day of January next and that notice be Given of the Holding
such General Vestry on the Sunday next before
