Poor of the Freedom and Lordship Parts of this Parish at the
School House in Aldgate Church Row on Thursday the 31st. day
of January 1765
. to receive and consider of Proposals made by
the Impropriator

Notice given in this Parish Church on Sunday last in the
Forenoon

Mr Kynaston the Impropriator's Letter & Proposals, which were
Read at the last Vestry, more now again read & laid before this
Vestry, And the same being now taken into Consideration and
the Matter debated It was Voted, Resolved & Agreed
That It will not be for the benefit and Advantage of this Parish
to purchase the Impropriation, Tythe & Curacy, according to the
Forms proposed by Mr Kynaston, And Therefore this Vestry do
not agree thereto, And the Church wardens were desired to wait on
Mr Kynaston & Acquaint him therewith, & Return his Letter &
Proposals as desired by him
Voted that the Thanks of this Vestry be given to Mr
Kynaston for his late Present to the Parish of the Pulpit doth,
Cushion Etc
The Churchwardens laid before this Vestry an Account of
the Workmens Bills delivered to them for the late Repairs of the Church &
Recasting several of the Bills (Vizt.)
