That a Necessary for said intended now Tavern is
building on the Ground close to the back front of his Mr Atkinson
House, which will deprive him of almost the whole

That the Builder of said intended New Tavern is about
Turning the Water course belonging to said Parish House
which may be attended with great inconvenience to the
Parish Tenant
