old Bells and deliver the new & to put them up fit for use in a
Workman like manner for the further Sum of Twelve Pounds
the said four Bells to be recast and all the before mentioned Porks
to be done within the space of three Months from this day Which
said Proposals the Vestry took into Consideration and agreed to
And An Agreement between said Lester and Pack and the
Churchwardens was now signed accordingly.

It Appearing that the Repairs necessary to be done in about
this Parish Church according to a General Estimate now laid before the
Vestry will amount to the Sum of Two hundred and fifty Pounds or
thereabouts-Ordered that such Repairs be done under the
directions of the present Churchwardens

Ordered that the Order and Resolution of Vestry of the 1st. day
of October 1759 relative to the taking down the Doors in the side of the
Church be put in Execution

Ordered that a Six penny Rate on the Real Rents paid
be made to defray the Expences & lost of the before mentioned Repairs
& Works

The Present four Churchwardens were now chosen Trustees
of Sir John Fenner< no role > 's Charity.

Mr. Thomas Sabe< no role > Mr. John Hirst< no role > & Mr. Thomas Layton< no role >
were [..] now chosen Trustees to be added to Mr. Richard Wilson< no role > the Surviving
Trustee of Mrs. Rich's or the Orphan Stock belonging to this Parish.

Ordered that an Annual acknowledgement of Six pence
be paid in future for the Garden behind Mr. Marchant's House

Ordered that the Church wardens apply to the Tenants of
the Houses adjoining to the Church Yard, the Lights of which look into
the Church Yard for an annual Acknowledgement to be paid to the Parish
for permitting such Lights & in Case of Refusal to Report to a future Vestry

Mr. Thomas Sabe< no role > was now chosen Treasurer of Sir Samuel
Starling
< no role > 's Charity

Ordered that the Churchwardens do Cause Notice to be given
in this Parish Church that the same will be shut up for doing the Repairs
Etc thereto, on the Sunday next preceeding the Shutting up the same

Adjourned to this day fortnight at 4 of the Clock in the
Afternoon preceisely a this place to proceed on making the before mentioned
Rates
