At a General Vestry of the Inhabitants of the Freedom and
Lordship parts of this Parish who pay to the Poor thereof held in
the School House in Aldgate Church Row the 20th. day of November
1764 pursuant to November 1764 pursuant to Notice given in
the Church on Sunday Morning last immediately after Divine
Service

The Churchwardens Acquainted the Vestry that Mr Kynaston the Impropriator
of this Parish having Declared to them his Resolution to sell the Impropriation
and Living, And that he thought proper to inform them thereof, in order that the
Parish might have the preferrence & an Opportunity of purchasing the same
of they chose it, And therefore that they the said Churchwardens had called this
Vestry to take the said Matter into Consideration-Whereupon (after
debating the Affair) It was Voted Resolved & Agreed that a
Committee of both parts of this Parish be now appointed to treat with Mr.
Kynaston in relation to the above mentioned proposals, & to make their
Report at a future Vestry-And Voted & Ordered that such
Committee shall Consist of Six out of each part of the Parish besides the
four Churchwardens-And that any Six of the Committee with two of the
Churchwardens be a Quorum to Act, the whole being Summoned And the
following were chosen and Appointed to be such Committee (Vizt.)
