This Meeting being to Let on a repairing Lease or Leases for
21 Years the Two Houses in Woolsack Alley behind the
Essex Coffeehouse leading into Aldgate High Street Mr Richd.
Houghton< no role > proposed to take said Houses on a repairing Lease for
21 years from Midsummer day next At & Under the yearly
Rent of Five Pounds payable quarterly clear of all Taxes & d [..] ctions
parliamentary & other And to Lay out & Expend the Sum of
Sixty Pounds in necessarily & sufficiently repairing the
Premisses within 12 Months from the Comencemt of ye
Lease, And the Feoffees taking the said proposal
into Consideration Agreed to grant him such Lease
