Mr Jones appeard & acquainted the Feoffees that this Late [..]
with whom he was to have joined in Surrendring & assign [..]
two Houses in Woolpack Alley pursuant to the [..] [..]
of the Meeting of the Feoffees of the 24th. October last , soon [..]
Meeting dyed by which means the Waitings have not her [..]
Executed And he now requested the Feoffees to accept such
Surrender & Assignment [..] from him, which the Feo [..]
agreed to And Ordered that a Surrender & Assignmt. be got [..]
be Executed by Mr Jones as soon as conveniently maybe.

No Bidders appearing for the said Two Houses in Woo [..]
Alley, Adjourned to the 8th. day of April next at the
place at 4 o' Clock in the Afternoon and Ordered
it be advertized in the Daily Advertizer twice in each to
till that time for Letting the sd. two Houses.
