incerted the Usual Covenants Clauses provisoes and Agree
contained in repairing Leases granted by the Feoffees, And
Houghton being Acquainted there with agreed to accept one
Lease upon the before mentioned Terms and to Execute a
Counterpart thereof both which are to be a this Expence [..]
he paid one Shilling in part of the Rent to Now due for ther [..]
premisses.

Ordered that the said such Lease to Mr Houghton and the Lea [..]
agreed to be granted to Mr Smith (on 24 Nov. last ) & the Counterpart be got re [..]
