Case Resign the said Parish Church and Living and
every thing belonging to or dependant on them to the
Parishioners who where to choose and put in the Mi [..]
and Lectures in the same manner us Mr Kynston
or any former Impropriatior ever did, Are of Opinion
that it cannot be for the Good and Interest of the Parish
to entail so large an Annuity on the Parishioners
Five Hundred Guineas a year for Ever Butra [..]
than pay such Annuity it would be better espe [..]
as it might be the means of Quieting and prevent
great Numbers of Law Suits continually dep [..]
between the Impropriators and Parishioners
concerning the Demand for Tythes to purchase
the Impropriation if it can be obtained upon
reasonable Terms for which Purpose We have
several Meetings with Mr Kynaston who have
last offered to Abate One Thousand Pounds
of his former Proposals and accept of Thirteen Thousand
Pounds for such Purchase which considering [..]
present low rate of Interest We think are a so [..]
Purchase Provided Mr Kynaston pay the Expences
the Act of Parliament and Conveyances the pre [..]
receipt of the Tythes yeilding clear of all Expences
and outgoings more than Three Pounds Ten Shillings
for such purchase mony and Expences
of the Purchase which We Compute with the said
Thirteen Thousand Pounds for the Purchase One
Hundred and Fifty Pounds for the Act of Parliament
and Fifty Pounds for the contingent Charges of the
Conveyances to amount together to Thirteen Thousand
