his said Impropriation and Living for a perpetual Annual
of Five Hundred Guineas a Year payable by equally
half Yearly payments and he would thereout pay the
said Fee Farm Rent & Land Tax and would likewise
be at the Expense of Procuring an Act of Parliament
and whatever else should be Necessary to Convey [..]
over to them and raising the said Annuity and in [..]
Case he would resign the Church and Living and every
thing belonging to and dependant on them to the
Parishioners who should have the Choosing of and
putting in the Ministers and Lectures of the Parish
the future in the same manner as he the said Mr
Kynaston or any former Impropriator ever had
And that they were now called together to Consider
the said Proposals

Whereupon A Motion was made Whether the said
Proposals should be rejected or a Committee Appointed
to Consider of them, and to Inquire into the clear a [..]
Amount, and receipt of the said Tythes And the Qu [..]
being put it was Carried that such Committee s [..]
be Appointed

And A Motion being Made Whether the said C [..]
should Consist of the Churchwardens and three or five
Persons for each Precinct of the Freedom Part of the
Parish it was Carried for the Churchwardens & five P [..]

And it also being Moved Whether the Churchwardens
and Ten or fifteen Inhabitants for the Lordship Part
of this Parish be of the said Committee it was Ca [..]
for the Churchwardens & Fifteen Inhabitants

were Appointed the said Committee
