At a General Vestry of the Inhabitants who pay
to the Poor of this Parish at the Vestry Room in
the Church February 2d. 1749 . (pursuant to Notice
given in the Church on Sunday Morning last
immediately after Divine Service) to Consider of
some proposals made by the Reverd. Mr Kynaston
Impropriator & Rector of this Parish in relation
to the Tythes thereof

The Church Wardens Acquainted the Vestry that the Reverd.
Mr Kynaston Impropriator and Rector of this Parish
having requested a Meeting with them, and some other of
the Inhabitants in order to Make some proposals to them
that Might be of Service and benefit to this Parish
they had accordingly Met, And that at such Meeting the said
Mr. Kynaston declared that he intended to Sell his said
Impropriation and Living And was Willing this Parish
should have the refusal thereof, therefore of they were
inclinable to Purchase it he would dispose of it to their
for the Sum of Fourteen Thousand Pounds
the Parishrs. being at the Expence of Procuring An Act of
Parliament and whatever else should be Necessary to
Convey the same to them, and paying the Land Tax
for the same, and likewise the Fee Farm Rent of
£22, a Year issuing thereout, But if that Proposal shod.
not be Agreeable to them he was willing to Dispose of
