The Committee now received from Mr. Gray a
Proposal in Writing Sealed up for fencing the said
Burying Ground in a good and workman like Manner
according to the Plan & Particulars Agreed on by the
Committee at their last Meeting for the Sum of £195.7s

They likewise received from Mr Francis Hill< no role > a
Proposal in Writing Sealed up for doing the sd. Fencing
in a good and Workman like manner according to the
aforesaid Plan & Particulars for the Sum of £210

They likewise received from Mr David Willson< no role >
A proposal in Waiting Sealed up for doing the said
Fencing as aforesaid for the Sum of £223 but in no
less Time than Two Months Wherefore his
Proposal was refused

The Committee Called a Second Time the before mentd
Proposers except Mr Willson a whose Proposal was refused
to know if they wod. mend their Proposal or had any Thing
further to Offer to the Commee concerning the same

and Mr Gray being calld. in a Second Time for that purpose
Agreed to Abate of his price mentd. in his sd. proposal the Sum
of 7s. which reduced it to £195

and Mr Hill being likewise called in a Second Time for the aforesd.
Purpose Agreed to Abate of his Price the Sum of £10, which reduced
it to £200

and Mr Shirley being likewise called in a second Time for the
aforesd. Purpose agreed to Abate of his Price the Sum of £3
which reduced it to £190

And the several Proposers (Except Mr Willson) being now
severally put up, It was Agreed (Nem. Con.) for Mr Shirley
to do the sd. Fencing ( He being the best Proposer)
