Mr. Phipp's Request made to the Feoffees the 23d: of
August last for Enlarging the Term of 31 Years, for wch he
lately Agreed to take a Lease of the sd Feoffees of the
two Houses in Cock & Hoop Yard late in the the Occupn.
of the Revd. Mr Wheatley to 41 Years, being Referred
by the sd Feoffees to the next Vestry to be held for the
whole Parish for their Consideration therein, the
Vestry now took the same into Consideration
and recommended it to the sd Feoffees to Grant the
said Mr Phipps's Requst Nem: Con:

Ordered that Mr Worgan the Organistthebe allowed
the Annual Sum of £5, as a Gratuity over and above
his Yearly Salary, to commence from Michaelmas last

The Renter Churchwardenship Accounts of
