a Plan a Scheme for such Fencing as likewise an
Account & Proposal in Writing of the Particulars
thereof and Scan things of Timber or, to be Used about
such Fencing & in white he proposed to do the
said Fencing in a good & Workman like manner in the
space of Three Weeks

Mr. David Wilson< no role > now laid before the Committee An
Account in Writing of the Particulars and Scan thing
of Timber etc to be Used about such Fencing

Resolved and Agreed that the sd. Fencing be
done according to the Plan and Particulars
Delivered in by Mr. Shirley And that the
Fencing on the East side next the Road be done
with Land Ties & not with Spurs

Ordered that Notice be Given to such Workmen in
this Parish as are willing to Undertake the said wo [..]
according to the Plan Particulars and Time Agreed on
by the Committee To bring in their Proposals in
Writing Scaled up for doing the same on Tuesday
next at Four o' Clock in the Afternoon at the
Queen's head Tavern near the Victualling Office
To which Time & place the Committee Adjourned
