At this Vestry the Accounts of Mr. Gordon and Mr. Jordan late Renter Warden

Ordered and Agreed that Mr. Thomas Grove< no role > the Sexton be Paid the Expence
[..] Charge he was put to in Depending himself at Law on an Action brought against
[..] by One Mr. Poor On a Pretended Assant the Last Perambulation Day so as the
[..] do not Exceed the Sume of Three Pounds four Shillings and Six Pence

The Church Wardens Acquainted the Vestry that they had pursuant
the last Orders of Vestry been with Peter Cartwright< no role > Esqr . to Treat with him abt.
were Lease of the lower Buriall Ground but was informed that he was not then
