Att a Meeting of the Feoffees in the Vestry Room in th Church on
Thursday the 6th day of September 1733 .

Mr. Common: Councilman Rochester chosen
Chairman of the Committee.

Agreed That none of the Committee days out of the Vestry till
the business is over and that no Person of the Committee after the first
proposalls be given in be suffered to be a Bidder for the premisses
now letting and after the severall proposalls were delivered in and read
and the Bidders being called in and had made their largest offers.

The Feoffees agreed to let by Lease to Mr. Henry Turpin< no role >
the being the Highest Bidder the Two houses in the Barrs. precinct in
profession of Mr Ward and Mr Collier for the Term of 21 Years from
Christmas next at the Rent of £24 P and free of Taxes and £147 a Fine

Agreed That Mr Tantum have till Michaelmas next to
[..] mpleat his Building in Cock and Horp Yard pursuant to the Covenat
this Lease and on failure his Bond for performance of Covenants to be
put in Suit.

Agreed That the Renter Church Wardens Do with proper
[..] nkmen taken View of the Houses belonging to the parish as to the Condition
[..] Repairs and report the same to the next meeting of the Committee.
