The Report from the Committee Relating to the Vaults being Read. It
appeared to the Vestry that Mr Thomas Groves< no role >
the Sexton
of the Upper part
of the parish had been Guilty of Great Neglects in the Duty of his Office
Whereupon It was Ordered that the said Mr Groves be Reprimanded
in his said Neglects and that the Reverd. Mr Kynaston be desired to do the
same And to Inform him that in Case of any future Neglect this Vestry will
dismiss him from his said place or Office of Sexton
And the said Mr Groves was called into the Vestry Room and Reprimanded
accordingly and after haveing expressed his concern for the said Neglects
shd pardon of the Vestry And promised to be more cautions and dilligent

Ordered that the said Report of the Committee by Entered in the
Vestry Book.
