The Last Orders of Vestry were read and Confirmed

The Church Wardens moved the Vestry that the Sallary of the Organist for this Parish be Suspended
[..] Michealmas last till the Organ be replaced in the New Intended Church and it was Ordered
Accordingly

As also the Organ Blower to be Suspended from the said time And also that the Keeper be likewise
Suspended from the said time

Mr. John Price< no role > moved the Vestry that the Bells and Frames of this Parish Church be taken down
[..] Thomas Lester< no role > and that the same be Carried and Deposited in Mr. Mackelcan's Warehouse
[..] which is Ordered by this Vestry to be done Accordingly

Ordered that the said Mr. Lester be Allowed for his Trouble Five Guineas besides Cartage

Ordered and Agreed that the Organ belonging to this Parish Church and the Case be taken
[..] own and Carried and Deposited at Mr. Broughtons and that Mr. John Harris< no role > and Mr. John
[..] field be Imployed for diing the same And that they ne Allowed for their Trouble Six
[..] imeas

Ordered that the Case of the Organ be deposited in Mr. Mackelcan's warehouse by the
above said John Harris< no role > and John Byfield< no role >

Ordered and Agreed that the Church wardens be Empowered to move anything out of
[..] Church by the Advice of the Surveyor and Trustees to Mr. Mackelcan's Warehouse

Ordered that Mr. Bentham the Vestry Clerk do deliver up all Books Leases Papers
and Records in his Custody belonging to the Parish to the Church Wardens. Mr. Rogers Mr.
[..] kland Mr. Whalley Mr. Johnson Mr. Cole and Mr. Mouse or any three of them the
[..] ole being summoned and that the said Books Leases Papers and Record be deposued
the Chest in the Vestry Room and that the said Chest be Carried into the School Room
[..] Months time.
