late of the Parish of Walsall in the County of
Stafford Bucklemaker deced Maketh oath That his
Said late Father was in his life time and at the time of
his Death lawfully Settled in the Parish of Walsall aforesd.
by living there in a Freehold Tanement whereof he was
the lawful owner or Proprietor And this Deponent
Saith that at the time of his Said Fathers Doath and long
before he this Depont lived with his Said Father in the
Said house as part of his Family and by means thereof
(as he is advised) became legally Settled in the Said Parish
of Walsall as derivesing a Settlement there; from his Said
Father; And this Depont. farthr. Saith that he was never
bound apprentice nor ever lived as a hired Servant for a
Year nor ever rented a house of Ten Pounds a year or
upwards nor Served any Parish office or Paid any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes nor to his knowledge or belief and
did any Act to gain a Settlement in his own right And
that he hath a wife named Mary< no role > and two Children his
lawful Issue by his said Wife to wit Rachael< no role > Aged about
two Years & three Quarters & Christopher< no role > aged about four [..]
weeks.
