William Wylly< no role > a Singleman Son of John Wylly< no role >
Maketh oath That he hath been informed by his Parents and
believes the same to be true; that divers Years Ago (and during
the time that this Depont. Continued Part of their Family)
his Said Father John Wylly< no role > rented a house in the Town &
Parish of Gosport in the County of Southampton and was
Charged to and Paid Parish Taxes for the Same and by means
thereof as this Deponent is advised gained a legal Settlement
there And this Depont. doth not know nor was ever informed
that his Parents or either of them ever did any Act to gain a
Subsequent Settlement And this Depont. Saith that he was never
bound Apprentice nor ever lived as a hired Servant for a
Year nor to his knowledge or belief ever did any Act to gain
a Settlement in his own right
