Sarah Gaulthorpe< no role > the widow of Robert Gaulthorpe< no role >
deced Maketh Oath that her said late husband in his
life time informed her that he was bound apprentice by
Indenture to and duly served all his Apprenticeship
with a Fishmonger in Clements Lane in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex and
by means thereof gained a legal Settlement there The
which Information this Depont. verily believes to be true
And this Deponent Saith that to her knowledge informacon
or belief her said husband never rented a house of Ten
Pounds a year or upwards nor never served any Parish
offices nor never Paid any Poors rates or Kings Taxes
nor never did any Act to gain a settlement subsequent
to his Apprenticeship nor hath this Deponent done
any Act since her said husbands Death to gain a
settlement in her own right to her knowledge or belief


Sworn this 25th day
of January 1766 before
