Maketh oath that about Thirty Years ago her
said late husband when a single man lived as a hired servant or Clerk
by the year with Mr Agar a Merchant in the
Parish of Saint Margaret Pattens in the City of
London and continued in such service for about the
Space of eight years & by Means thereof gained a
legal settlement there And this Deponent saith
that to her knowledge informacon or belief her said
late husband did not afterwards live as a hired
servant by the year nor Rent a house of Ten
pounds a year or upwards nor serve any Parish
offices nor do any Act to Acquire a subsequent
settlement nor hath this Deponent gained any
settlement in her own right subsequent to her said
husbands settlemt. above set forth
