Office.
The following Motion was then made and Seconded;
Motion respecting
Reports, & Treasurer's
Balances
"That the two Reports from the House Committee be
"recommitted, with an instruction from this Court to
"take into consideration the Treasurer's Balances at the
"several periods".

Whereupon a division taking place, it passed in the Negative,
and the following Governors being the Majority Authorized the Clerk to record
