Present Artsmasters are proper and competent
Officers for the purposes of this Charity; We have
also considered what other Arts and Occupations,
giving employment to a Sufficient number of
Apprentices, and most requisite in the City of
London
, it may be proper to introduce, and We
have prepared a System of Regulations for the
Admission, Ordering, Government and Improve-
ment of the Apprentices.
In considering which of the Present Artsmasters
were competent for the purposes of the Charity, We
called before us all the Masters now in the House,
being Seven in number Vizt.
