the Offices and Duties of Preacher and Reader to these Hospitals were
united in the Revd. Mr. Bowen by Survivorship under the Denomination
of Chaplain Pursuant to an order of Court of 22d. June 1792.

declared his Acceptance of the said Office Whereupon a Copy of the Duties

agreeably to the 15th. Standing Rule and Order.
