The minutes of the House Committee of the first of April Instant were read
and confirmed whereby it appeared

The minutes of the Prison Committee of the 11th. of March last were read
and confirmed whereby it appeared
That the Committee had accepted the proposal of Mr. Samuel Snuggs< no role >
for
converting the Houses on the South West side of the Square into a
Prison for the Men for the sum of £1362 the same to be completed
on or before the 30th. of September next.
And had ordered the Surveyor to give directions for fitting up the
House in which the Women Prisoners were lately confined for one
of the Artsmasters.
