Continued Thursday 28th: Novr: 1793
The Committee therefore had resolved that the Surveyor should
give directions to have the proper reperations made.
That the Committee had directed the Surveyor to prepare
a plan and estimate for a mere commodious approach to the
South Gate of this Hospital
.
And that the Committee having taken into consideration
the 38th: Standing Rule and order had
Resolved that the Treasurer be desired to order an ad-
vertisement to be inserted for a Contract for Slope from
Christmas next.
All the above minutes were confirmed except that part respect
-ing the Payment of the Bills for extra work done to the Apothe
caries House.
Resolved that the consideration of those Bills be referred
back to the Grand Bethlem Committee in order to Examine more
particularly the different workmen and others respecting the same
and to report the result to the Court.

last were then read whereby it appeared
That the Committee had audited the accounts of both Hospitals
for the last 3 Months and found the following sums were in
the hands of the different Officers Vizt.
