Citizen and weaver Settingforth That he served his Apprenticeship
in this Hospital to Richard Day< no role > late one of the Artsmasters by
Indenture dated 3d. November 1768 and by Order of Court of the
3d. December 1767 was made free of this City the 9th. of July 1776
was Set up for himself in his Trade in Great Green Harbour
Court Little Old Bayley , had received Mr. Fowkes Gift and
praying Mr. Locks Gift It is Ordered that Mr. Samuel Parsons< no role >
Samuel Read< no role > Esqr . and John Rivington< no role > Esqr . or any two of them
be desired to Inquire if the said Isaac Baylis< no role > be set up for
himself in his Trade and of his hopefulness therein and Report
the same to the Court.

2d. of March 1775 was made free of this City the 3d. of December
1776 was Set up for himself in his Trade in Wilks's Street near
the Church Spital Fields and praying Mr. Fowkes Gift It is
Ordered that Mr. Deputy Rogers John Spitter< no role > Esqr . and Mr.
James Palmer< no role > or any two of them be desired to Inquire if the said
Richard weaver be Set up for himself in his Trade and of his
