House Committee
Arrears referr'd to them


It is Ordered that it be referred to the House Committee
to take into Consideration the large Arrears due from several
Tenants to these Hospitals and that they be desired to take the
most speedy and effectual means for recovering and geting in
the same and for that purpose that they do meet from time to
time till such Arrears are received

Tenants-to distrain upon
such who are more than
12 Mos. in Arrear


It is Ordered that the Clerk do prepare proper Letters
of Attorney to pass under the City Seat to enable the
treasurer of these Hospitals to distrain upon all such
Tenants as are more than 12 Months in Arrear.

Auditors Report to be
Printed

It is Ordered that for the future the Annual Report
of the Auditor General and Auditors of Accounts relative to
the Tenants in Arrear be printed and a Copy sent to each
Governor and it is further Ordered that a Copy of this
Resolution be sent to each of the Tenants belonging to
these Hospitals.

A Motion being made and seconded that it be referred
to the House Committee to reconsider Mr. Alderman Crosbys
Nomination of Mr. Luke Staveley< no role > as a Governor of these
Hospitals and to report to the next General Court and upon
debate of the matter another motion being made and seconded
whether that motion can now be received upon holding up of
Hands it passed in the Negative

Calverly forthwith.
