Continued Monday 29th. May 1775

Accounts

That a full and Particular Statement of each Years
Accounts (in which all Outstanding Arrears to be Noticed) be Prepared
and Printed under the Direction of the Committee of Auditors
and a Copy sent to each Governor on or before the day of the
Annual Dinner given by the Stewards.

Officers and Servants

That upon a Vacancy of any Officer, Servant or Arts Master
before the same be filled up it be referred to the House Committee
and Bethlem Committee respectively to consider what are or ought to be the
Duty, Salary and Perquisites of such Officer Servant or Arts Master
and to draw up in Writing and Report the same to the General Court

That no Officer of these Hospitals (except the President) be a
Member of the Committee of Auditors.

That any Officer or Servant giving or receiving any Fee, Christmas
Box or other Perquisite, to or from any Tradesmen who serves either
of these Hospitals be discharged forth with and be incapable for the
future of serving these Hospitals.

That all Orders relating to the Servants of each Hospital be
Printed and placed in conspicuous Parts of the Hospitals, under the
Direction of the treasurer House Committee and Bethlem Committee respectively

That each Officer and Servant when Elected have his Duty read
to him and a Copy thereof given to him in Print or Writing

That no Officer shall be Surety for another

And with regard to the Salaries and Perquisites they propose
the following Alterations as more certain and less liable to Impositions

President

That the President for the time being have Liberty to Appoint two
governors Annually

That when any Person is Proposed by the President or any other
Governor to be Elected a Governor of these Hospitals such Election
shall be determined by a Majority of Votes at the next General Court
Notice of such Intended Election to be Inserted in the Summons's

That upon the Vacancy of a treasurer Auditor General Preacher
Reader Physician Surgeon Apothecary Clerk Steward Receiver Surveyor or
Matron the President do within a Fortnight call a General Court to
