In Pursuance of an Order of Court the 29th. June last this Comittee.
took into Consideration the several Mathers thereby Referred to them, And have Examined
into the several Fees Profits and Emoluments which have been Usually Demanded and
received by the Clock of the said Hospital and find them to be as follows.

Your Comittee therefore is of Opinion, that no Savings can be reasonably made,
out of the Fees, Profits and Emoluments Usually Demanded and received by the Clerk of the
said Hospital unless the Court shall think fit to Grant the Clerk an Addition to his Salary
rather than Suffer him to take Fees from the Poor PatientsAll which is nevertheless
Submitted to the Judgment of the Court And Ordered this Opinion be Reported to the
