In Pursuance of an Order of Court the 29th. day of June last Wee
whose Names are hereunder written being of the Comittee of this House
having taken in Consideration the Sevl. Matters thereby referr'd to them and
find on Inspecting the Books, That if the Clerk of these Hospital took no
more than the Fees mentioned and Settled in the List of Fees Reported to
and Confirmed by a General Court of the 2d. of May 1707 the Same Amounts
together for Seven Years last past to the Sum of £1062d. & no more
Distinginshing Each Year as under written But as it does not Appear to
Us that any Account has been kept of the Fees that have been Actually
reced by the Clerk, The Committee has no other way to form an Estimate
thereonAnd We the said Committee have proceeded to Examine
the List of Fees Confirmed at the said Court and Consider'd of every
Article thereof, And are of Opinion that the Sevl. Fees therein
mentioned are reason able & that no Savings can be made therein.
This Court having duely weighed and Consider'd thesd. Report Doth
Confirm the same.
