Continued Wednesday 19th. Decr. 1750

That the premes in the first Mend Lease are very Old & much decoyed & the
Petr desires to A surrender the same & to take a New Lease of the same premes
in the Condition they now are & to repair the same for 31 Years from next Laday at
the same rent of £30. & £100 FineAnd also of the East part of the premes
in the sd. 2d. Mend Lease for the same time at a Proportionable part of the sd.
rent of £50 and to bind thereon proper Coveniencey for the Improvement of the
Brew houseAnd praying the Govrs. that he may Surrs. the sd first Mentioned
Lease and have a Now Lease of he same premes and of the East part of the other
Promes as abovementionedIt is Ordered that the sd Petition be referred
to the Comee of this House and to Report their Opinion thereon to the Court.

Hospital to be his Securitys for the due Performance of his said Office and for that
purpose to be bound with him in a bond to Mr Treasurer in the Penalty of five hundred
pounds Vizts.

Upon Reading the humble Petititon of William Lowden< no role > Weaver Setting forth
That the Petition on Served his Apprenticeship in this Hospital to Mr. William Dell< no role >
one of your Worships Artsmaster s by Indre dated 22d. day of Octr. 1742 he was made free
of his City 17th. day of July 1750 and is Set up for himself in his said Trade at Mr Rileys
in White hart Court. near the Barley Now in Old Street but wanting further Assistance
And praying the Govr. to be slow on him some port of Mr Locks Gift the better to enable him
to carry on his sd. TradeAnd the Court being informed that the Comittee of this House
on the 21stday of November last Inspected the Book kept of Apprentice
behaviour & found no Complaint against himIt is Ordered That Mr. Francis
Harling
