from there Govrs. of a house & Ground in Holborn in (N0: 5) then in his possion & the White
house & thereof of the ground between his House & hand Court (No.1) part of
the Possions of the Hospital of Bridewell
for 61 years from Xmas 1728 at £ 30 P ann
Rent payable quarterly clear of Taxes & to pay a Fine of £140 & within 7 Years to
Layout £800 in building two Substantial Bruk Houses (According to the 2d. rate of
building in Landon) instead of the sd. two houses then StandingThat sd.

dyed before the sd. Lease was made to him and the Petr. Ann as his Extrix
became intitled to the sd. premess & paid the sd. Fine of £140 And at a Court holden
the 7th. of Febry 1738 the Governors were pleased to order that a Lease of the pmes
of the Pmes shod. be made to her for the residue of the sd. For in then to comeThat
£ 500 was laid out by the sd. Wm. Palmer in his Life time in building a House
instead of the White House And the Petr. Ann haveing Assigned her Interset to her
Son the Petr. Benjn. & Palmer he has since laid out £ 800 in Building a house
instead of the other Old house And no Lease has been yet made to the Petr. Ann
And praying that a Lease of the sd. Pmes may be made to the Petr.
