in the County of Middx Carpenter All that peice or parcell of Ground Sutuate to being at the
North end of Globe Yard in Old Bethlem in the Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopgate
London Abutting East on two Swan Yard in the Occupation of Thos. Vickers< no role > Esqr . Went in Ground
belonging to the City of London & North partly on Certain Shadds Ware houses in the occupation
of the said Joseph Masters< no role > & partly on Certain Workhouses & Workshops in the Occupation of
East containing in Length in the South side thereof 118 feet 6 Inches of
Assize little more or less & on the North side thereof 120 feet 8 Inches of Assize little more a less

of Sd. Leonard Shoredith in the sd. County of Middx Bricklayer Subject to the sd. [..] in
Trust to sell the same as therein is MentionedThat the sd. Charles Scott< no role > James
Theobald< no role > John Smart< no role > & John Baker< no role > , by Indre of Assignment Release dated 23d. March
1738 Assigned released & Confirmed to the sd. Joseph Masters< no role > the Pmes by the sd Lease
granted with the Appinted for the then remainder of the sd. Tenn of yearsThat the
Petr. Joseph Masters< no role > is desirous of demiseing & Leaseing to Thos. Newcomb< no role > of the said
Parish of Sd. Botolph without Bishopgate London Coachman the same Pmes for the

without Bishopsgate London being a Corner peice Abutting North & East on the sd. Street South
on a Tenement then in possion of James Foules West on a Tenement then in possion of James
Waldo To hold from Middsr. then last 51 Years at the Yearly rent of £ which Lease will

That the Petitioner proposes to take a new Lease thereof with such Covenants as are
usually Contained in the Lease from the Governors of the sd. Hospital for Nor. 24 Years from
the Expiration of the Lease in being at £15 P Ann rent clear of Taxes payable quarterly
at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospitall to pay a true of £100 & & lay out £120 incre [..]
& to execute a Counterpart of such LeaseAnd praying a Lease According to his [..]
